After an extensive training phase, you will act as an independent contact person for our customers and work together with a motivated team on targeted and continuous development.
Your tasks in Customer Support
- You will coordinate expectations and needs with our customers and present our services.
- To ensure customer success, you will provide holistic support to our customers and advise them on our services and solutions.
- This allows you to monitor performance and optimize campaigns as needed.
- Close customer relationships are important. That's why you'll build relationships with various contacts at our clients.
- You coordinate with other departments on various customer-related topics, e.g., sales, online marketing, and customer service.
You should bring along
- A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. in dialogue marketing, bank clerk) or a successfully completed degree (e.g. economics, social sciences, project management)
- Experience in account management or customer service
- Good technical understanding is desirable.
- Strong customer focus and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy
- Knowledge of English advantageous
